To provide users and gyms with accurate training insights, Tap In uses geo-location data to detect when you are present at a participating Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu gym. This allows us to:
-Determine when you are training at a BJJ gym
-Verify training sessions and visit frequency
-Produce accurate training and attendance insights for you
-Provide aggregated or de-identified insights to gyms
Tap In may, with your permission, access your location in the background to support these features.
Tap In does not share your precise location information with gyms or any other third party outside of your designated home gym. We never sell or disclose identifiable location information to external organizations. Any location-based insights we share with gyms are aggregated, de-identified, or limited to your designated home gym, unless you explicitly authorize otherwise.
You may disable location permissions in your device settings at any time; however, certain features of the Services may become limited or unavailable.
2.4 Payment Information
When you purchase a Tap In subscription or when payments are processed between you and a gym through Tap In, we and our third-party payment providers may collect:
-Name
-Payment method details (e.g., partial card information or tokenized payment data)
-Billing information
-Transaction data (amount, date, time, and recipient)
Tap In does not store full credit card numbers. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.
2.5 User-Generated Content

Tap In will not share your precise location data with any gym outside your designated home gym and will not sell your identifiable location data to third parties.

-Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful activity
3.4 Advertising, Insights, and Business Purposes
